How to Dress

BroNYCon is being held in one of the grand old hotels of old Manehattan, so please try to look presentable. T-shirts are okay, but please make sure they are clean. And remember— You'll be in a room with many other people, so please be courteous by practicing good personal hygiene.

What to Bring

Here's an outline of what you might want to bring to BroNYCon with you.

  1. Cash. Many/most vendors in the Artist's Alley do not accept credit cards or Paypal. (The main con store does, but cash is still king.)
  2. Unusual pony items to donate for auction! Any item which is accepted is worth $15 in store credit. Items must NOT be standard, off-the-shelf, domestic items. One-of-a-kind, foreign, out-of-print, or prototype items ONLY.
  3. General goods for sale (pony or non-pony!) at the Thrift Store. Please have them marked with REMOVABLE price stickers, including both the price and your name as it appears on your group registration. (This is how we will record how much money you have earned.)
  4. CANNED GOODS for the canned goods drive. Every 5 cans of non-expired, non-damaged canned goods will earn you one raffle ticket!
  5. NEW, UNOPENED TOYS (pony and/or otherwise) for our charity toy drive! Every toy worth $5 or more (e.g.: a brushable pony) will gain you a raffle ticket!
  6. A camera to take photos of all the festivities!
